This position, based in New York City, will report to VP Sales Development in the CBS Radio Digital Media Group and will require frequent travel. It will focus on growing online sales at the local level nationwide.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct station visits and create compelling presentations to educate and motivate the local sales staff
• Provide conceptual overview of CBS Radio’s direction regarding online media
• Share best practices and success stories
• Offer guidelines regarding pricing and packaging
• Serve as the point of contact for GSM’s, Digital Sales Managers and selling specialists
• Work with stations to increase online revenue and achieve company’s overall online budget

Qualifications:
• Confident and inspirational public speaker
• Ambitious self-motivator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a passion for creative thinking
• Minimum 4 year college degree
• At least 3 years of media-related experience
• Superior knowledge of Windows 2003 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
• Online, radio sales or marketing experience a plus
