ARC Document Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Billing Specialist. In this position you will:

  • Assist customers on the telephone or forward them to appropriate department
  • Enter billing into system daily
  • Greet and assist customers at front counter
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports for management
  • Assist with other duties as needed (filing, copying, etc)
  • This position requires overtime when needed to meet critical month end billing deadlines

Experience: Ideal candidate will have at least (1) year previous customer service / billing experience. Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
