Head of Digital Health Products, Marketing

Client is looking for an experienced Head of Digital Health Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Digital Health Marketing’s primary responsibility is to set strategies for new digital tools and execute on launch activities.

The position is located in Brisbane, CA or Omaha, NE.


Responsibilities

  • Define strategy for new digital tools including AI solutions, patient apps, digital biomarkers
  • Launch planning and execution
  • Gather, identify, and prioritize functional and product requirements
  • Prepare and review marketing collateral
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians and other key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide field sales education materials and training including product positioning
  • Manage and/or collaborate with ad agencies, PR Firms
  • Support field sales organization with a significant level of teamwork and customer commitment
  • Lead and mentor personnel in the marketing organization
  • Some travel is required (approx. 25-33%)


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of overall marketing experience with 5 or more years in a senior Marketing role. Candidates will be required to demonstrate success with past portfolios via creative campaigns, establishing new brands, marketing tactics, and lead generation in growing start up organizations.
  • High level of energy and work ethic
  • Hands-on focus, ability to balance leadership and individual activities
  • Results oriented with an emphasis on ROI metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree required; BA/BS in life sciences, molecular biology, or clinical science preferred; MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred
  • Successful track record in diagnostic/device marketing with 8+ years of relevant experience in roles of increasing responsibility
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Prior management experience
  • Ability to lead and participate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
  • Proven track record of performance in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated social media experience with strong understanding of key trends and technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire a team
