Managed Print Services (MPS) - Integration Manager



The Role:

The Integration Manager (IM) is responsible for all operational aspects of our Global Services and Premier Account client relationships. The IM will coordinate with our local internal and global management teams on potential client analysis, equipment placements, fleet rationalizations, project planning, client MPS integrations and provide the on-going client support throughout the lifetime of the contract. Client support roles include managing program changes, ensuring contractual standards and service level agreements (SLA's) are met or exceeded by our ARC teams. This role is a high-visibility, fast paced role that requires travel to client national and international locations. ARC's clients will typically have 25-100 different office sites. An IM will typically visit the top 10% of a client's locations.

The ideal candidate for this role has a college degree along with 2+ years' experience in an operational, project management, or technical sales role prior to becoming an IM.

This is what you get to do:
  • Coordinate on-site studies of existing print-related equipment and operation
  • Ensure all print equipment is known prior to ARC's management of account
  • Create and deploy project management plans for site analysis, print fleet utilization benchmarks, right-sizing of fleet to new MPS ratios
  • Work in conjunction with national account managers to support them with client analysis
  • Project manager for national and global deployments of ARC's MPS program; assist in managing the deployment of document management tools
  • Coordination of local ARC divisions to deliver consistent quality among all client locations
  • Oversee and manage Profit and Loss for assigned accounts
  • Manage client fleets proactively by using ARC's fleet monitoring software (DCA) to monitor volumes and service issue
  • Coordinate equipment upgrades, removals, additions
  • Coordinate work with colleagues in various time zones
  • Regular travel to client offices (primarily domestic, 1-2 day trips)
  • Develop and present client materials for training and demonstration of ARC services

  • Must be capable of advanced level of business understanding and knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while projecting a positive attitude
  • Have exceptional communication, presentation and organization skills (time/project management; prioritize tasks, able to multi-task, keep on deadlines, etc.)
  • Have an acute attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a team atmosphere as well as be comfortable working independently
  • Ability to get results in a very decentralized and loosely structured organization

Education & Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of two years of MPS related experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint (MS Project a plus)
  • Experience in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction marketplace a plus
  • Experience working for IKON, Staples Business Services, OfficeMax Business Services, Pitney Bowes, Canon, HP, Oc, Toshiba, Ricoh/Savin, Xerox or related business management and document management companies a plus
  • Project management experience a plus
