We are looking for a Manager of Marketing & Demand Generation to join our team. In this role, you will drive marketing strategy to optimize pursuits, pipeline coverage, acceleration and alignment across our markets. You will be working closely with Marketing and Business Development leadership to further grow Vinetis global client base and revenue through a variety of marketing campaigns and activities. We are looking for a data-driven marketer to provide guidance and strategy for our demand generation campaigns, as well as someone with a passion for content and hands-on execution and metrics. This role is based out of our downtown San Francisco office.

What youll be doing as a Manager of Marketing & Demand Generation:

  • Create and monitor dashboards to analyze sales pipeline and lead generation data
  • Deliver analysis for Business Development and Marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and iterating on campaigns to gain greater return
  • Upgrade and expand automation in our lead generation and digital marketing processes
  • Identify opportunities to further improve pipeline and market segmentation
  • Assist with content creation and and manage content for various content marketing Initiatives and campaigns (email, SEM, advertising, etc)
  • Develop campaign strategies and assist with campaign material development as needed
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate Events and Conferences, ensuring activities have an impact on the sales pipeline
  • Help to manage and increase utilization of Vinetis sales systems, including Salesforce, and recommend/implement new systems as needed

. Requirements:
  • 4-6+ years marketing and sales operations experience, with a proven track record of contributing to revenue growth
  • Experience designing or optimizing marketing and sales funnels, including, workflows, pipelines, lists, databases required (SEO, SEM, etc)
  • Experience with required
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to both think big and get things done -- no idea is too big to think through, no task is too small to tackle on your own
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Google Office Suite skills - sheet, slides, docs
  • Prior experience working with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Concrete5, etc)
  • Collaborative, execution-oriented work style
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements -- start-up experience is a big plus
  • Ability to flourish and be proactive in fast-changing start-up environments

Bonus Skills:

  • Healthcare experience, preferably within a medical or life sciences field or point of care setting
  • Prior experience working in regulated healthcare environments
  • Prior experience working in international markets
  • Experience with Tableau or another analytics platform, strongly preferred
  • SaaS, B2B, or healthcare IT background, strongly preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, MailChimp), strongly preferred
