Develops software to deliver user stories that contribute to a valuable working software product. . Develops automated unit tests with working software, to confirm software functionality conformance to functional and non-functional requirements. . Reviews continuous integration build status and fixes build failures. . Performs exploratory testing to confirm application execution and to identify software deficiencies not covered by automated testing. . Reviews ongoing production software operations and troubleshoots production issues. . Active participant in all team agile ceremonies: o Backlog Refinement/Iteration Planning . asks clarifying questions about user stories and provides estimates. o Stand-up . clearly communicates daily activities and escalates issues to product team. o Iteration Closure . Accurately communicates status of user stories and works with product manager/owner to drive user story closure. o Iteration Retrospective . reflects on execution of previous iteration and provides team execution improvement suggestions. . Participates in managing the long-term delivery roadmap of the software product. . Provides input to product governance communications.
Experience Required:
MS Dynamics CRM Developer for the AVCS . The individual may be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including extending Dynamics CRM, simple to complex customizations, UI/backend development, CTI/IVR integration and with other applications and more. . Other responsibilities include configuration, data standardization, and support. . The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment . Interact with application development, enterprise architecture, business intelligence, technology services, and suppliers on a regular basis . Proven expertise of Dynamics CRM Development experience . Proven expertise of NET, C Sharp, MSSQL Server . Hands on experience of analysis in a web development environment . 5+ years of experience assisting with architecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the clients. . Experience building Dynamics CRM forms, screens, and views, as well as workflows and reports around the customer needs for an interface . Develop, validate and implement efficient ETL code for data integration layers such as data warehouse or data marts to deliver multiple projects. . Maintain and manage technical meta data and documentation for data warehousing and ETL processes. . Good knowledge in Informatica Cloud, Informatica Cloud Real Time (ICRT), Web Services and Data Integration Hub, PowerCenter tools . Serve as a team member on multiple integration and data warehouse efforts in an Informatica environment. . Involved with performance tuning of SQL . Provide ETL processes production support using Informatica Cloud
Experience Preferred:
. Any Microsoft Certifications are a huge plus . Power BI experience either with back-end development or front-end configurations . Respect and empathy for team members, business partner and product customer . Effective communication skills . Informatica development environment working experience . Comfort level developing in all tiers of application software: front-end, mobile, back-end and database. . Knowledge of software design patterns . Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery . Team leadership and supervisory experience . Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones
Education Required:
Bachelor"s degree
