We currently have a, full time, days, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant position supporting our IM department at our Norwood location. The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will work collaboratively on a team to provide direct clinical care within an ambulatory internal medicine practice. Clinical care includes a range of wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care, and same day urgent care. We offer superior staffing resources and a fully integrated EMR system.

Education: Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Must have graduated from a master's level state and NLN approved NP program and possess state licensure to practice in the expanded role. Current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Physician Assistant (PA) - Must have national certification and Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensure as a Physician Assistant. NP/PA - Must possess and maintain, or be eligible for, Mass DPH Controlled Substance registration and DEA registration.

Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of specialty specific and/or ambulatory experience to include chronic disease management.
