Our company is currently seeking ​an Office Administration Manager to join our construction division team! We are looking for an individual that understands budgeting, job tracking and scheduling. Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and job costing
  • Job timeline and Expense tracking
  • Scheduling
  • Account receivable collections for department
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in budgeting, accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
