Job Summary: The Transaction Coordinator serves in a dual role capacity by assisting with both starts and closings for the division. This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between the sales managers, sales representatives, preferred lender and Title Company.

1.Drive the daily starts and closings meetings - gather and update all pertinent information
2.Review and distribute all daily starts with Operations leadership
3.Coordinate all necessary documents, appraisals, and inspections with lenders on pending loans
4.Maintain data entry in Starts and Closings reports
5.Coordinate and manage paperwork of all HUDs
6.Manage pending sale process. Track sales reporting and open escrow.
7.Coordinate contract process, including auditing of all contracts.

Education: Minimum of a high school education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of builder contract coordination experience or direct mortgage/lending experience.

-Makes quick and accurate decisions based heavily on facts, data and/or metrics
-Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Work Requirements
-Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary
-Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company
